跨境电商跟踪未回复客户

在与客户进行日常交流时，客服人员给客户发回报价或还盘邮件后，经常会发觉之前联系的客户一直没有回复；即使客服人员做到很及时的回复，甚至是“秒回”，也没收到客户的回应。对于这类客户，客服人员可采取以下办法，有针对性地追踪未回复客户。

首先，客服人员给客户回复完有关商品价钱的邮件1~2天后，如果没有收到客户回复，可以发一封确认邮件，咨询客户是否收到邮件，并重新发一次报价给客户，最后向客户强调公司商品的优秀品质与公道价钱。当然，如果客服人员能拿到客户的联系方法，直接与客户进行电话联系，这样会更好。下列范文可供参考。
