业务员在审核信誉证后,如果发觉有不符合合同或不利于公司安全收款的条款,应及时联系客户通过开证银行对信誉证进行修改。修改信誉证的要求应尽可能一次性、具体、明白地提出,以避免多次改证,延误时间。
要求客户修改信誉证的邮件内容一般包含以下三个部分。
(1)感激对方开来的信誉证(也可开门见山,直入主题)。
(2)列明不符合合同或不利于公司安全收款的条款并说明如何修改。
(3)感激对方合作,并希望修改后的信誉证早日开出,有利于继续履约。示例如下。DearMr.Jones,
